 Zoom Security and Meeting Settings

Within your Zoom profile there are security and other default settings you should be aware of, especially if you will be meeting with clients and discussing private items.

For lawyers, financial advisors, and medical professionals who need to keep their meeting secure and private, these settings will help you control access to your meeting.

For those that are using Zoom for personal use some of these security settings may not be as important.

How to Setup a Zoom Account

We have been asked many times lately, how to set up a Zoom account.  With more people using online video chat for business and personal uses, Zoom has become synonymous with online video chat.

Yes, there are a number of options, but Zoom is one of the easiest to use and the cheapest if you need more features.

We have put together a number of videos to help you get starting with Zoom.  In this video, I will show you how to set up your Zoom account.  In later videos, I will show you how to host a meeting, join a meeting, and schedule a future meeting.  I will also cover some of the security and other settings and how to share your screen when presenting.

NOTE: If you are not setting up and hosting meetings, you do not need to create a Zoom account.  If this is the case, and you will just be joining meetings set up by someone else, you can carry on to the video on joining a meeting.

Here is the video.  If you have any questions or comments on this video please leave them below and we will try and help you out.
